Placing an Order

To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line
shopping cart and enter your credit card information. If you would like
to contact us, please email us, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at
info@loveyourwedding.com

Methods of Payment

We accept Mastercard and Visa. We also accept cashier's
checks, personal checks and money orders. In the event
you use a personal check or cashier's check, please

All orders by check or money order will be sent upon
receipt of payment.

Shipping

At Love Your Wedding we use UPS Ground for most shipping. Most orders ship within 3 - 7
business days. Personalized orders may take longer. If you need something sent rush
delivery, please contact us at 770-564-4025.
Right now we ship to the United States, Canada and internationally as well. All Canadian
orders will be charged a $15.00 surcharge. This fee will cover any taxes or duties so that
you will not be responsible for any additional fees once your package arrives.
International shipments are not calculated in the store, but after placing order shipping
costs will be determined then.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will only be assessed for orders
that are shipped within the State of Georgia.
All other states and countries are tax exempt.

Guarantee/Returns

Here at Love Your Wedding, we carry only the loveliest and most unique
products in the wedding industry.. We are sure you will be 100% satisfied, if not
you can return anything for any reason except personalized and edible items.

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@loveyourwedding.com
or call us at 770-963-5237 within 7 days of receiving your order. We will accept authorized
returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. If
you are not completely satisfied, you can return items for a full refund or exchange.
